Position Summary:
Drone manufacturing from component to full assembly in quantity. Full process from documentation, ordering, inspection, to manufacturing, subassembly, assembly hardware/electronics, sensor assembly/integration, wiring.
Key Responsibilities:
System Integration manufacturing : integrate mechanical systems with electronics and other components (built, design, test)
Manufacturing Management : Estimate project timelines and track progress.
Work with CAD software during Manufacturing: Manufacturing Prototyping 3D printing, CNC machining, and laser cutting
PCB manufacturing, prototyping
Hands-On Assembly & Fabrication :
Test Components & Evaluation :
Manufacturing Documentation : Produce detailed manufacturing documents, including bills of materials (BOMs), assembly guides, interface control documents, and testing protocols.
Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams or external vendors to ensure project success, whether it's selecting materials, solving complex design challenges, or sourcing the right components.

Desired Skills & Expertise:
· Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in hands-on mechanical design, prototyping, and assembly.
· Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk, CATIA) for 3D modeling and creating manufacturing drawings.
· Experience with rapid prototyping techniques like 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, and other fabrication methods.
· Test design experience: Ability to design and implement tests to validate product performance (e.g., thermal testing, waterproof testing).
· Familiarity with mechanical systems integration, including electronics packaging, heat dissipation, and ruggedization.
· Strong documentation skills for creating assembly guides, BOMs, and technical drawings.
