Jupiter Yoga Wellness is seeking a Client Enrollment & Studio Relations Advisor to join our team and help guide potential students and clients into our transformative offerings—while ensuring every person who visits our studio feels cared for and welcomed.
This is a dynamic role blending sales, client relations, and studio administration . It’s ideal for someone who’s as comfortable closing a membership as they are greeting clients with a warm smile and keeping studio operations flowing smoothly.

The Role
As a Client Enrollment & Studio Relations Advisor , you’ll:
Serve as the first point of connection for leads and walk-ins, guiding them through our offerings and helping them confidently enroll.
Support studio operations by checking in clients, answering phones, responding to messages, and keeping our space organized and welcoming.
Assist with sales from our apothecary boutique, ensuring clients have a seamless shopping experience.
Maintain client relationships by providing thoughtful follow-up and ensuring a high-quality customer experience at every touchpoint.
This role balances sales goals with customer service excellence —perfect for someone who is results-driven yet deeply values community and connection.
Responsibilities
Lead Conversion : Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email to enroll them in memberships, trainings, and private services.
Front Desk Operations : Check clients in for classes/events, process payments, and answer questions with warmth and professionalism.
Customer Service : Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and messages, resolving client needs effectively.
Apothecary Sales : Assist clients in selecting products and complete transactions in our wellness boutique.
Studio Support : Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful studio environment.
CRM & Administrative Tasks : Keep client records updated, track follow-ups, and assist with scheduling.
You Are
✅ A confident communicator who builds trust easily
✅ Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
✅ Experienced in sales, customer service, and administrative support (bonus if in wellness or fitness industries)
✅ Comfortable with technology (POS systems, CRM tools, phone systems, etc.)
✅ Passionate about yoga, wellness, and personal growth
✅ Flexible and willing to pitch in wherever needed to support the team
Position Details
Type : Part-Time (15–25 hours/week) with growth potential
Location : In-Studio (Newport Beach) with some remote flexibility for follow-up work
Compensation : Base hourly + performance-based commissions on enrollments and retail sales
