Position Title: Storefront Project Manager

Wage: $23.00 - $25.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Storefront Project Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner
- Estimate commercial aluminum window and door projects
- Manage commercial aluminum window and door projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals in collaboration with the Sales Director
- Develop specific plans to ensure long-term and short-term growth
- Ensure expenses are in alignment with budget expectations to achieve profitability goals
- Retain and expand customer base
- Build strong relationships with key customers and prospective customers
- Maintain contact with sales representatives in the region and drive sales representatives to seek out new customers, foster existing customer relationships, and generate sales
- Identify new customer opportunities
- Follow up with clients in a timely manner
- Create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives
- Stay informed of new products, services, technology and other information of interest to customers
- Stay abreast of industry changes

Storefront Project Manager Requirements:
- Previous inside sales experience, as well as estimating and quoting
- Customer service skills
- Computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
