Representative – Japanese and Chinese Food (B2B2C Product)
About Us:
We are an up-and-coming food startup offering a fresh take on Japanese and Chinese cuisine. More details about our product will be shared during the interview. After a successful debut at food pop-up events, we are expanding and looking for motivated team members to grow with us.
Position:
We are seeking part-time or full-time Sales Representatives to introduce our Japanese and Chinese food products to American wholesalers. For those with experience as a food sales manager, a full-time position with higher pay is available.
Responsibilities:
• Present and pitch our products to wholesalers and food service outlets
• Gather on-the-ground feedback to help improve our products and strategies
Qualifications:
• Outgoing and proactive communicator
• Passionate about Japanese and Chinese culture and food
• Willing to learn about our products and how they are made
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
Compensation & Perks:
• Base salary of $25-30 per hour for the first three months
• Commission of $200 to be paid for each successful remote or virtual meeting arranged with a client
• Flexible hours during the first three months
