Now hiring Entry-Level Public Relations & Communications Assistants to support community-based initiatives and bring mission-driven stories to life through in-person outreach and public engagement .

📌 What You'll Do

As a PR & Communications Assistant, you’ll help connect the public with nonprofit causes by supporting campaign communications and live event execution.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with public relations and marketing campaigns promoting nonprofit initiatives

• Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of live events and community activations

• Represent nonprofit partners at outreach events, fundraisers, and awareness campaigns

• Set up branded materials, signage, and interactive promotional displays

• Track and report event metrics and community engagement data

• Maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and community stakeholders

• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaign strategies and messaging

• Research new outreach opportunities and community partnerships

No prior PR or marketing experience required—we’re looking for individuals who are driven, people-focused, and passionate about creating positive change.

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Are detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

• Thrive in face-to-face, public-facing roles

• Are enthusiastic about nonprofit causes, community engagement, and impactful storytelling

• Work well in collaborative, team-based environments

• Are 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Hold a high school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus)
