Cosmopak USA is seeking a motivated individual to work alongside our sales staff on day-to-day product development and production operations. Cosmopak designs, sources and manufactures beauty and skincare products from fill to packaging, as well as items including promotional bags and boxes. We work with prestigious multinational brands as well as new up and coming brands in the retail and direct to consumer environment.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on the development and production of items across a wide product offering in the beauty, skincare and fashion industries and is perfect for those with a true passion for product development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects end-to-end including sourcing, item development and production scheduling
• Ensure on-time and successful project execution
• Collaborate with sales, operations, design and suppliers to align project goals with client expectations
• Attend in person and virtual meetings with customers and suppliers to ensure successful projection execution
• Utilize project management methodologies to drive project success
• Conduct planning and budgeting activities to maintain project viability
• Facilitate effective communication among team members, customers and partners
• Gather requirements and manage scope to ensure project objectives are met

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in B2B product development and project management for personal care
• Experience working to source primary and secondary packaging for personal care
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year University
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Experience working with domestic and international suppliers
• History of successfully managing and growing multiple projects and accounts
• A deep knowledge of beauty, cosmetic, personal care and skincare product
• Experience using an ERP system for order entry and ability to learn new systems
• Strong understanding of personal care packaging with technical knowledge a plus
• Extremely strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with a team as well as individually on projects

Pay range and compensation package

$70,000-$100,000/yr + Bonus
