Your Role

As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP), you’ll be at the heart of the TrustCare Kids experience, working side by side with our talented pediatricians and staff to deliver care that makes a true difference. With your expertise and warmth, you’ll be instrumental in fostering a supportive environment for children and families we serve.

What You'll Do

  • Provide preventative and general care to protect and support long-term health for children.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of acute conditions with precision and empathy.
  • Perform wellness exams that prioritize growth, development, and health education.
  • Order and analyze lab and imaging tests to support accurate diagnoses.
  • Prescribe medications tailored to individual needs while ensuring clear communication with patients and families.
  • Conduct sports and camp physicals that help kids stay active and safe.
  • Design personalized treatment plans that reflect our commitment to high standards in patient care.
  • Collaborate closely with your team to evaluate practices, share insights, and ensure we’re always delivering our very best.
  • Empower patients and their families with the knowledge they need to manage their health and wellness.
  • Promote teamwork across the clinic, always striving for innovation and excellence in care delivery.

Qualifications to Shine

  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure with a specialty in Family Medicine.
  • Clinical or Emergency Room experience is a big plus—we value real-world expertise!
  • Proven ability to solve complex medical challenges while keeping patient care at the center.
  • Comfortable and confident working independently when needed.
