Ogden & Company is looking for a dynamic, energetic, Property Manager & Part Time Leasing Agent for an exciting apartment community in West Allis. We are looking for someone 20-22 hours a week: working Monday 9-5, Wednesday 9-5, and Fridays 9-3 every other week. The other weeks they would work Monday 9-5, Wednesday 1-5, Friday 11-3, and Saturday 10-4.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Showing and renting apartments
• Qualifying applicants
• Preparation of lease paperwork and conduct lease signings
• Follow up with phone calls and e-mails to potential residents
• Providing excellent customer service to current residents
• Responsible for lease renewal process with all current residents
• Assist in advertising and marketing efforts
• Assist in preparation of regular market surveys

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Perform quality work within deadlines
• Interact in a professional, timely manner with residents, prospects, co-workers and vendors
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills required
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills required
• Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as general computer skills
• Previous real estate software experience a plus
