Position: Office Manager

Location: Sanford, NC

Pay: $26 to $28/hour

Experience:

• 2 years in a front office, administrative, or office management role.
• Proven experience supervising or managing team members.

Type: Full-time; Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Greene Resources is seeking a Front Office Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! This role calls for someone who can confidently manage multiple priorities, solve problems before they escalate, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate takes initiative, stays composed under pressure, and thrives in both people management and process oversight. You’ll be the go-to person for front office coordination, overseeing a small team and keeping operations on track.

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage daily front office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
• Supervise and support 3 front office employees, including training, task delegation, and performance management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels for front office needs.
• Support the leadership team with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative projects.
• Troubleshoot challenges quickly and proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Uphold and reinforce company systems and workflow processes.

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency in G-Suite.
• Experience with QuickBooks or Zoho systems is a plus.
• Strong multitasking abilities and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
