Office Manager / Executive Assistant

NYC-based Hedge Fund & Real Estate Developer | 12-person team

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This individual will oversee the daily operations of our New York office while providing direct support to executives. There is also the opportunity to gain exposure to research, investor relations, and accounting functions, making this an excellent role for a motivated self-starter eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range

$60,000-$80,000 (depending upon experience).

Key Responsibilities

Office Management

Oversee day-to-day office operations and organization

Manage calendars and coordinate meetings

Arrange travel logistics and itineraries

Answer phones, direct calls, and take detailed messages

Greet and assist guests and clients

Handle clerical and administrative tasks

Liaise with building management

Research Support

Coordinate conference registrations and organize company visits for the research team

Investor Relations Support

Maintain investor database and update marketing materials

Accounting Support

Assist with monthly accounts payable and receivable processes

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of executive assistant experience

Bachelor’s degree required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and project management ability

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Team-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive, with strong follow-through

Professional demeanor, polish, and positive attitude

Details

Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with flexibility for additional hours as needed

Compensation: Competitive base salary + discretionary bonus
