Job Type Full-time Description We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Non-Emergency Transportation Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing safe and timely transportation for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the journey. *500 sign-on bonus* Responsibilities:

• Pick up clients from home or other living facilities using company provided wheelchair accessible minivan. Provides the assistance required to safely board clients and caregivers.
• Transports clients to and from approved pick-up location and destination within the Metropolitan area.
• Checks the van to ensure that no personal items are left behind.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations regarding non-emergency transportation.
• Operate mobile devices, mobile software system, and operate GPS unit.
• Immediately reports traffic accidents to dispatcher, requesting police or ambulance service as needed.
• Communicate transport details with Dispatch.
• Pre- and post-vehicle safety and maintenance checks.
• Other functions may be assigned.

Requirements Required Skills/Abilities:

• Possession of patience and care with clients, and their caregivers.
• Must be reliable and capable of working independently and remaining calm in case of emergency.
• Must be flexible.

Education and Experience:

• Must hold a currently valid driver's license and have an excellent driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent and fluency in English required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and position clients frequently.
• Ability to perform considerable reaching, stooping, and bending.

Job Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, MVR screening, and physical. Report to work on time and in proper uniform. Maintain a strong attendance record. Safely operate a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Must be reliable and capable of working independently and remaining calm in case of emergency. Must be flexible. Must be capable of driving in inclement weather. *
