Pattern Promotions We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry Level Communications Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our organization's communication strategies and engaging with various stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in public relations, content creation, and social media management while working collaboratively with our seasoned marketing and communications professionals.

• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and media advisories.
• Support the development and implementation of communication plans and campaigns.
• Help manage and update the organization's social media platforms.
• Draft internal communications and newsletters for staff and stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports on communication metrics.
• Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions with the communications team..

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
