Join us at USA Sport Group this Fall Season as a Cheer Dance Coach and make a meaningful impact in this brand-new program! This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about inspiring the next generation of cheer athletes.

As a Cheer Dance Coach with USA Sport Group, you will engage with children ages 3-8, leading a variety of fun and interactive activities, including fundamentals of cheerleading & dance, pom-pom shaking fun, and a mini showcase performance. We are seeking individuals with a solid cheer and/or dance background and a positive, upbeat personality. This position offers a unique opportunity to not only motivate the next generation of cheer/dance enthusiasts but also to grow as a coach or educator!

This position offers flexibility in location, as we run programs in various towns and counties. Additionally, we offer schedules that ensure students can participate without conflicting with their academic and/or athletic commitments.

Fall Season Opportunities and Beyond:

The Fall season lasts for about 8 weeks, starting in September and running through mid-November. Candidates are ideally available for the entire season, with sessions typically scheduled on Saturday and Sunday mornings, along with limited weekday opportunities. We provide comprehensive curriculums, all necessary equipment, fantastic rates of pay, and paid training before you begin. Ongoing employment opportunities are available beyond the Fall season, allowing you to continue your journey with us and make a lasting impact in our community.

You will be required to attend a Virtual Introductory Hiring Presentation where you can learn more about USA Sport Group and the coaching opportunities available, from the comfort of your own home! At the conclusion of the presentation, we will outline the next steps in our recruitment process, including an in-person hiring event.

Does this sound like you?

  • Previous cheer and/or dance background
  • Previous teaching and/or coaching experience (preferred)
  • A fun and bubbly personality to keep the children engaged
  • Ability to relate and communicate with children, parents, and co-workers
  • Enthusiasm about sports & teaching basic skills to beginners
  • Desire to learn and improve as an educator or coach

The ideal candidate SHOULD meet the following criteria:

  • Valid driver’s license & access to a vehicle to transport equipment
