Cancellations & Refund Policy
If an Event is called off by us at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, Virus Out Break, curfew, etc), We will issue a trek voucher for the full amount. The voucher can be redeemed for the same trek or another trek in the next 6 Months!
FOR WEEKEND EVENTS :
- All prepayments made to confirm the slot are non-refundable/non-transferable
- No refund will be provided if the participant doesn’t show up on the day of the event.
- If you are cancelling 15 days before the event, 50% of the total fare is deducted in case a replacement is obtained. Finding a replacement in any case is not the responsibility of Backpackers & Adventurers Club.
- Cancelling 7 days before the event, there is no refund no matter whether the slot is replaced or not.
- In case of bookings made under a special offer, no refund is processed. These conditions stand for all events unless specifically stated in the event page or details forwarded to you. We do not encourage or practice discretion at refunds or replacements.
- Some events are NON-Refundable which we will state in event page clearly..In those cases the above policy is not applicable.
For Backpacking Events :
- All prepayments made to confirm the slot are non-refundable/non-transferable
- No refund will be provided if the participant doesn’t show up on the day of the event.
- If you are cancelling 30 days before the event, 75% of Total amount you paid will be refunded!
- If you are cancelling 15 days before the event, 50% of Total amount you paid will be refunded!
- If you are cancelling 10 days before the event, No refund will be processed.
